2024-25 HIGHLIGHTS
Social Cohesion:
Driving Positive Social Value
We are the first company in Hong Kong to set a new Group Social Value Target of generating or facilitating HK$100 million social value by 2030.
Environment:
Building a Thriving Business Rooted in Planetary Harmony

In 2024, our Hong Kong portfolio's science-based targets were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. This year, our disclosure extends to Scope 3 GHG emissions, presenting a more holistic picture of our value chain impact.

Wellness:

We established an Employee Wellness Framework “SEWell Six Pillars of Employee Wellness” to steer wellness initiatives with clear metrics for continuous tracking and enhancement.

Innovation:

We continue to engage tenants through our tenant-landlord engagement programme, Net Positive Lease (“NPL”), forming partnerships that drive mutual sustainability goals.

Technology:

We enhanced data management infrastructure and expanded property technology solutions to drive environmental sustainability, fueled by AI analytics.
