• Occupancy and daylight sensors to minimise unnecessary energy consumption
• Monitoring of operational schedules and tailoring provisions to user needs, thereby reducing energy consumption
• A “Know Your Footprint” dashboard to enhance data transparency and encourage behavioural change
• A centralised bin system, where recycling and trash collection stations are conveniently located near workstations
