We partnered with Rugby For Good to support a year-round, sport-based outreach programme aimed at helping children with special needs improve their physical literacy through play-based adaptive sports training. Our team work closely with RFG coaches to develop a set of physical literacy assessment metrics and an observation survey to capture learning progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention.
We measure and report the programme’s impact using individual progress scorecards, enabling the organisation to plan future programmes while supporting beneficiary growth and addressing upcoming funding requirements.

We delivered a tailored half-day interactive training to inspire departmental representatives to integrate a social value mindset into their daily decision-making. The session covered global impact measurement tools, a Theory of Change (ToC) mapping exercise, and Social Return on Investment (SROI) case studies. It concluded with a fireside chat on organisational challenges and insights from Nan Fung Group’s social value journey.
This discussion helped participants start formulating social value strategies and set milestones for future organisational change.
