Measuring Impact Achieved by Tenants Through Impact Advisory

We piloted the impact advisory service with a retail tenant at The Mills, measuring the impact achieved by the tenant’s operating model. Our aim was to quantify existing social value of initiatives, identify uncaptured social value and influence long-term business practices. Through this exercise, key outcomes were identified, measured and supported with tailored recommendations. An Impact Summary Report was also provided to the tenant for ongoing reference and improvement.

Enhancing Tenant Wellbeing Through EMO House

EMO House is a restaurant-like space featuring specially crafted “Sentimental Menus” that correspond to different emotional experiences. This year, we hosted four customised sessions of EMO House for our NPL tenants. Participants from an office tenant at AIRSIDE shared that they gained practical techniques to manage their emotions effectively. Participants also noted greater awareness of how to cope with personal emotions, and 94% expressed a strong interest in seeing similar activities offered regularly to support mental health.
